
Recipe of Vit’s Penang Hokkien Mee

Ingredients
- 1 Pack Vit’s Penang Hokkien Mee
- 1 minced shallot
- 1 minced garlic
- Evaporated milk
- Bean sprout
- Dried tofu
- Chicken breast
- Fish cake
- Shrimp
- 1 cup Water
- 1 boiled egg
Method
- Heat the water:
- Put a large pot of water on to boil. Once the water has reached the rolling boil, put the instant dry noodle. After the noodle soften, toss the noodle.
- On a different pan, Sauté shallots, garlic, chicken, and shrimp until fragrant. Put 1 cup of water and half cup of evaporate milk to have a thick texture for the soup. Wait until it boils. After that, put the seasoning that has been provide in the instant noodle packs.
- Immerse the mustard, bean sprout, and fish cake in a boiling water until it cooked. Toss the water.
- After all, done, can serve the noodle with egg to garnish it.
