
Recipe of Veggie Peanut Spicy Noodle with Vit’s Air Dried Spinach and Tomato Noodles
This colourful, flavourful noodle bowl is nutty, spicy, and packed with fresh ingredients. Tender spinach and tomato noodles are tossed with juicy chicken, plump shrimp, crunchy carrots, and a creamy peanut-spicy sauce. Topped with aromatic spring onions, each bite bursts with flavour, texture, and vibrant goodness.

Ingredients
- 1 cake Vit’s Air-Dried Spinach Noodle
- 1 cake Vit’s Air-Dried Tomato Noodle
- 100g chicken
- 3 shrimps
- 1 small carrot
- Spring onion
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chilli sauce)
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, peel the shrimp, thinly slice the carrot, and chop the spring onions.
- Boil 400ml of water and cook the spinach and tomato noodles for 6–7 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry the chicken and shrimp until cooked, then add the julienned carrot and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Mix in peanut butter and Gochujang, tossing until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy your spicy, nutty noodle bowl!
