
Recipe of Stir Fried Pan Mee with Gochujang using Vit’s Fresh Pan Mee
Popular Chinese food known as Pan Mee is a soup-based dish with hand-made noodles. China, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan are all big attracts of the dish called Ban Mian. It is made consisting of egg noodles that are served in a savoury soup that frequently contains different types of meat or fish, veggies, and seasonings.

Ingredients
- 150g Fresh Pan Mee
- 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 Glove chopped garlic
- 6g Mushroom
- Minced chicken meat
- White Paper
- Oyster sauce
- Thick soy sauce
- Light soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon chicken stock
- Sugar
- 125ml water
- 1 Tablespoon gochujang
- Chili powder
- Fried anchovies
- Fried Onion
- Poached Egg
- Spring Onion
Method
- Heat the water:
- Put a large pot of water on to boil
- Cook the Fresh Pan Mee noodle:
- Blanch the Fresh Pan Mee for 3 minutes to dissolve it.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Sauté 3 cloves of garlic and mushroom slices. cook until fragrant.
- Add minced chicken meat, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, thick soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, chili powder and gochujang, stir-fry for 2 minutes. When the sauce thickens, add the tossed noodles and fry until well combined.
- Put the Pan Mee Gochujang fried noodles in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of anchovies, poached egg, and spring onion for garnishing. Pan Mee is ready to serve.
