Recipe of Cheesy Carbonara Bake Bowl with Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Carbonara
  • 150g chicken
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small Holland onion
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 50ml milk

Method

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and chop the Holland onion.
  2. Boil 400ml of water and cook Vit’s Mi Goreng Carbonara for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry garlic and Holland onion for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until fully done, about 5–6 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, pour in milk, add cheddar cheese, seasoning powder, and seasoning oil, and mix until creamy and well combined.
  5. Transfer the creamy noodle mixture into an aluminium foil tray. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  6. Place in the oven at 120°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then serve and enjoy your creamy, cheesy Carbonara noodles!
