
Recipe of Cheesy Carbonara Bake Bowl with Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Carbonara
Dive into a bowl of creamy, cheesy heaven! Tender chicken and caramelized onions mingle with garlicky noodles, all smothered in a velvety cheese sauce. Ingredients
- 1 packet Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Carbonara
- 150g chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small Holland onion
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 50ml milk
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, and chop the Holland onion.
- Boil 400ml of water and cook Vit’s Mi Goreng Carbonara for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry garlic and Holland onion for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until fully done, about 5–6 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, pour in milk, add cheddar cheese, seasoning powder, and seasoning oil, and mix until creamy and well combined.
- Transfer the creamy noodle mixture into an aluminium foil tray. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Place in the oven at 120°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then serve and enjoy your creamy, cheesy Carbonara noodles!
