
Recipe of Aglio Olio Crunch Cups with Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Aglio Olio
Crispy on the outside, savoury on the inside! These Aglio Olio Crunch Cups feature perfectly cooked Vit’s Aglio Olio noodles mixed with juicy shrimp, tender chicken, and crunchy vegetables, all packed into golden, crisp wantan cups and topped with melted mozzarella. A fun, flavorful bite that’s both crunchy and comforting!

Ingredients
- 1 packet Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Aglio Olio
- 100g carrot
- 30g spring onion
- 200g shrimp
- 150g chicken
- 15 wantan skins
- 60g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
Method
- Cut the carrot, spring onion, shrimp, and chicken into small pieces.
- Boil 400ml of water and cook Vit’s Mi Goreng Aglio Olio for 3 minutes. Drain and cut into smaller pieces if desired.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked noodles with carrot, spring onion, shrimp, chicken, milk, seasoning powder, garnishing, and olive oil. Toss well until evenly mixed.
- Lightly brush the edges of wantan skins with water and shape them into cup molds.
- Fill each wantan cup with the noodle mixture and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Fry or air-fry at 160°C for 20 minutes until the cups are golden and crispy.
- Let them cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy your cheesy noodle wantan cups!
