
Recipe of Cheesy Bolognese Samosa with Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese
Golden, crispy samosa with a melty, cheesy heart! Each bite bursts with Vit’s Bolognese noodles, savoury minced meat, and a creamy, tangy sauce, offering a playful Italian-Malaysian twist that’s perfect for sharing, snacking, or simply treating yourself.

Ingredients
- 1 packet Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese
- 6-8 popiah skins
- 150g minced meat (beef or chicken)
- 4 cloves of red onion
- 3-4 slices of cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 3 tablespoons cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian herbs (parsley + chilli flakes)
Method
- Boil 400ml of water, cook the noodles with dehydrated tomato for 3 minutes, then drain.
- Stir-fry the sliced red onion for 2–3 minutes, add minced meat, and cook until browned.
- Add the seasoning powder and olive oil, then mix with the cooked noodles, Italian herbs, and some seasoning.
- Mix mayonnaise, chilli sauce, and cheese sauce in a small bowl to make the special sauce.
- Lay a popiah skin flat, layer with cheese, 2 tablespoons of the noodle mixture, and drizzle the sauce, then roll tightly.
- Deep-fry in 170–180°C oil for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Drain and serve warm.
- Optionally, garnish with extra sauce or chopped herbs before serving for added flavour and presentation.
