Recipe of Vit’s Italian Mi Goreng Bolognese

A popular noodle dish outside of Italy, spaghetti Bolognese (also known as "spaghetti alla bolognese") is neither a traditional Bolognese dish or even a dish associated with Italian cuisine in general. It consists of spaghetti topped with a tomato-based sauce made with beef mince, garlic, wine, and herbs; occasionally, other minced meats may be used in place of the beef. In this regard, the sauce resembles Neapolitan ragù from southern Italy more than the Bolognese ragù from the north.
