
Recipe of Stir-fried noodle with Vit’s Instant Noodle
Stir-fried instant noodles, also known as "instant noodle stir-fry," is a quick and easy dish that can be customized with various ingredients and flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 packs Vit’s Instant Noodles Economy Pack
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 100g protein of your choice (such as chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu), sliced or cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped scallions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes for garnish
Method
- Cook the instant noodles according to the package instructions, but slightly undercook them to maintain some firmness. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced onion, julienned carrot, bell pepper, and protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu) to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender and the protein is cooked.
- Add the cooked instant noodles to the pan and toss them with the vegetables and protein.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and stir-fry everything together until well-combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes for added flavor and presentation.
- Serve the stir-fried instant noodles hot and enjoy!
